Once you've downloaded a file, a zipped file needs to be unpacked.
To unzip a file on Windows, you'll need some sort of unpacking software.
There are several available. Some of the more popular ones are:

• PKZIP software from PKWARE


• WINZIP (I think this one is the easiest to use.)
